The Lost Village of Calgarth

A 20 page booklet detailing images and geophysic scans of Calgarth Estate, a village built originally to house workers at the nearby Sunderland Flying Boat Factory during WW11. The Estate was sited at Troutbeck Bridge near Windermere in the Lake District.  At the end of the war, 300 child Holocaust Survivors stayed in the hostels on the Estate.
